Initial contact
You reach out to us via the contact form, email, phone, Viber, or WhatsApp. Tell us a little about your business and what you need — we'll respond quickly to discuss the project.
We send you a questionnaire
We send you a detailed questionnaire covering your brand, target audience, preferred style, pages needed, content, and any references you like. This is the foundation of your entire website — the more detail you provide, the better the result.
You fill in and return the questionnaire
You complete the questionnaire at your own pace and send it back to us. No rush — take the time to think through your answers. The questionnaire is straightforward and takes most clients around 20–30 minutes to complete.
We build your website
Based on your questionnaire, we design and develop your website. During this stage, you will receive a private demo link so you can follow the progress of your site in real time. You can watch your website come to life — no waiting in the dark.
Draft review — you decide
Once the first draft is ready (approximately 95% of the complete website), we present it to you for review. At this point, no payment has been made yet. If you are happy with the direction and quality of the work, we send you a payment request by email. If you would like major conceptual changes to the overall design or structure, we stop here — you owe us nothing and the project ends with no cost to you.
Payment & 2 revision rounds
After payment is received, you are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions. Each round covers small adjustments — text changes, colour tweaks, section edits, image swaps, or layout refinements within existing sections. Revisions do not include full redesigns or major structural changes to the concept already approved at step 5.
Final launch
After the revisions are complete and the final version is approved, we deploy your website to the live hosting server. If you choose to host and maintain your website with us, you'll receive special bundle pricing — combining hosting, maintenance, and your new website into one convenient monthly plan.

FAQ
Do I need to pay anything before seeing the website?
No. You don’t pay anything until we present you with the first draft of your website. The draft represents approximately 95% of the completed work. Only if you are happy with what you see do we send a payment request. If you don’t like the overall direction and want major changes, the project stops there — at no cost to you.
What counts as a "small change" in the revision rounds?
Small changes include: updating text content, swapping images, adjusting colours, changing fonts, reordering elements within a section, editing a section’s layout, or adding/removing a simple block. They do not include: rebuilding the overall structure of the site, changing the visual concept or design direction, or redesigning multiple pages from scratch. The 2 revision rounds are for fine-tuning an approved concept — not for starting over.
How long does it take to build a website?
Timelines depend on the size and complexity of the project. A typical 5-page business website takes 7–14 days from the moment we receive your completed questionnaire. Larger or more complex projects may take 3–4 weeks. We’ll give you an estimated timeline before we begin.
Can I follow the progress while you build?
Yes. As soon as we start development, we provide you with a private demo link where you can watch the website being built in real time. You don’t have to wait until the end — you can check in at any point during the process.
Do you provide the content and images, or do I?
Ideally, you provide your own text content, logo, and images — since you know your business best. However, if you don’t have content ready, we can use placeholder text and free stock images during development and replace them later. If you need copywriting or custom photography, we can discuss that as an add-on service.
What happens after the website is launched?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for any small issues or questions. After that, we recommend one of our maintenance and hosting plans to keep your site secure, updated, and running smoothly. Clients who bundle hosting and maintenance with us get preferential pricing compared to standalone services.
Will my website work on mobile phones and tablets?
Absolutely. Every website we build is fully responsive — it adapts automatically to all screen sizes, including smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers. We test on multiple devices and browsers before delivery.
Can I update the website myself after launch?
Yes. WordPress is designed for non-technical users and you’ll be able to update text, images, blog posts, and basic content yourself through the WordPress dashboard. We can also provide a short walkthrough so you feel comfortable managing it on your own.
